We are looking for an innovative AI / Automation Analyst & Developer (60% to Full Time) to help drive our digital transformation. 
You will analyst automation opportunities, design & implement intelligent automation, build AI powered tools, and streamline workflows across multiple business functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop AI and machine learning solutions using modern platforms (OpenAI/n8n)
• Build automation workflows using Python, RPA tools, Power Automate or others
• Integrate systems through APIs and automate data pipelines
• Ensure security, compliance, and proper documentation of all solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ solid working experience in IT
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong experience in Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Hands on exposure to AI tools and automation platforms
• Analytical thinker with solid problem solving and communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and efficiently
• Team player with effective communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sourcing and Sales candidate! Join Us!

The successful candidate will report to Sourcing & Merchandising Manager and responsible for large & fast-growing food product group (mainly Seafood, fresh fruits and dry fruits). He/she will ensure fast and good flow of information between Retail/Wholesale companies in Europe and Suppliers in Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main contact person for suppliers and buyers
• Important driving role in strategical food projects
• Work with suppliers for sourcing and price negotiations
• Follow up shipments, stock and shipment planning
• Manage project and order timeline, ordering process and production coordination
• Information gathering and knowledge center for Seafood/fresh fruits/dry fruits.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University graduate or above with at least 3 years relevant food merchandising or purchasing/trading experience, immediate availability is an advantage
• Background in Food is a must, background in Seafood is an advantage
• Bilingual, fluent in English.  Additional language skills like German or French is an advantage.
• Excellent communicator and fast learner.
• Ability for solution oriented and understanding the “big picture” of the business.
• Well-organized and self-motivated willing to take responsibility and for routine work.
• Computer literacy - familiar with all Microsoft applications.
• Willing to travel when necessary.
